The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th but may be open earlier or later depending on weather. Pool hours are from 8am-10pm. Yes, the pool is heated and you can set the temperature to whatever level you please.
A $1,000 security deposit is collected 1 week before checkin date and returned within 24 hours of departure. This deposit is to ensure 3 house rules are followed: 1) no smoking in house 2) 10pm-8am quiet hours (no voices or noise heard on exterior cameras 3) no street parking
